I am a woman who chose to live on planet earth at a time when the most astounding awakening to knowledge of all kinds is unfolding.
For the past three decades I have chased stories from environmental degradation, spiritual unfolding, conscious eating, government cover-ups, extraterrestrial contact and much more as both a journalist and as a human being.
One of the major statements of my professional life has resulted in the creation of Conscious Media Network, which is a co-venture with my husband Scott. We have been broadcasting for over five years and the journey has expanded the richness of our lives beyond compare taking us to parts of the world and parts of the mind that we feel privileged to have experienced.
This blog site is a venue for me to augment the vast array of content found on CMN, my day job. I will expand my thoughts and on how we can all live a more balanced life amidst all of the possibilities and challenges. From spiritual inquiry to things I find of great value, food and everything in between, this is a site for those who choose to experience the whole enchilada – to live amidst chaos!
Regina, thank you for all you are doing to help expand world consciousness. CMN is teaching me the answers to questions that I didn’t know I had. Now, I can look forward to reading your blog too. As I read your story about electromagnetic fields and food and other technologies I was wondering if you are on the AIM Program to support the simplest way to maintain high life force and manage the matrix.
I work as a psychic/medium and am a metaphysician and pioneer human & spiritual evolution. I am also a mom of 4 and grandma of two. I also facilitate AIM participants on the journey of healing & higher consciousness and evolutionary metamorphosis. I typically don’t get a response when I share AIM’s info and yet I felt compelled to share. I beleive you know EMC2′s AIM Program. Have you read, “Sanctuary The Path to Consciousness?”
I’ve use the tool that is AIM for 10 years to support in the simplest way the matrix and sustain the electromagnetic field. I am also an empath and totally get the sensitivity to the cosmos.

Regina, first of all, congratulations on your work. I used to watch all your interviews, and I enjoyed and learned from them a lot. When they stopped being free, I could no longer watch them since I don´t have a credit card. What a pity!! And I live in Argentina, if not I could go and pay….
There are lots of interviews on you tube which is a very good option!! But I like your site a lot. May be you could give free access to one interview every two months or so…. for the people who can´t afford them or who can´t pay. Is this a crazy idea?

Thank you for your email. As a matter of fact, we are going to be putting one free video up every day starting June 1st! We’ve just been working on the programming end to make this possible, which shold be in place by then.
As for Argentina, I have been dancing Argentine tango for about 13 years now and have been to Buenos Aires to dance. What a rich culture.

So you dance Tango and you´ve been to Argentina!!! I live in Buenos Aires , in the outskirts. But I don´t know how to dance tango…. What I like about it is that it´s one of the most sensuous dances I know. And it requires the dancers to be really present … connected with each other…. Is that so? Thirteen years!!!!! You must be pretty good at it!!!!
I dance Gabrielle Roth ´s Five Rhythms, which I´m sure you are familiar with. I dance every week, and it´s a really profound spiritual practice. She´s an amazing woman! I guess you must have lots of amazing people to interview, but Gabrielle is definitely worth meeting!!!

Much of the topics discussed are close to my heart and yet it breaks my heart that so many others ‘glaze over’ when you broach such very important issues in conversation!
